Education and mentorship begin only after a foundation of calm, regulated health and physical ease. Training is not about forcing behaviour, but about creating conditions where learning is safe, clear, and mutually respectful.

My approach to education is grounded in classical principles and supported by learning theory. Horses are introduced to new ideas gradually, always through pressure–release, positive reinforcement, and mindful progression.

In-hand work lays the groundwork for balance and communication. From there, horses are guided into classical movement patterns, always with attention to rhythm, connection, and the horse’s readiness.

Mentorship for owners is equally important. I support you in understanding the horse’s needs, developing your own skills, and building confidence working with your horse in a way that honours its individuality.

Whether you seek ongoing support, guidance through specific challenges, or assistance bringing a horse into calm, thoughtful work — education and mentorship are here to empower both you and your horse.
