At the centre of my practice is support for the horse’s nervous system and physical comfort. Horses carry tension and restriction in their bodies and nervous systems, and this affects how they think, move, and learn.

I use craniosacral therapy, equine bodywork, and laser therapy to gently release restriction, regulate the nervous system, and bring ease into the body. This work is not about “fixing” performance — it is about creating space for the horse to feel safe, comfortable, and present in its own skin.

Therapeutic sessions begin with listening — to posture, breathing, facial tension, and movement patterns. Through careful touch and responsive contact, horses learn that they can relax and trust the process.

Therapy is often the first step in supporting soundness, balance, and relaxed engagement. For many horses, this foundation makes all later work — whether physical development or training — far more accessible and comfortable.
